Code of Ethical Conduct

Wish4Life is committed to fulfilling its responsibilities to the children it serves and its stakeholders in a manner that meets the highest ethical standards. This Code of Ethical Conduct embodies the fundamental principles that the board members, officers, executive leaders, staff, and volunteers are governed by which include core values of honesty, integrity, equity, respect for humanity, and responsibility.

Our code of ethics is a part of a larger, organization-wide commitment to the highest ethical practices in every aspect of what we do. Our values are supported by policies and procedures that all board members, officers, staff and volunteers are governed by. The Foundation also recognizes the importance of an organizational culture that supports an atmosphere of honesty, integrity, equity, transparency, reciprocity and “giving forward”.
